We want you to love your K-Beauty routine, but if a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and remain at least 80% full to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the products in their original box, ensuring they are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
